Located in the heart of the movement, the escapement pallet fork beats against the escape wheel teeth 28,800 times every hour. That’s 250 million times per year. To achieve the extreme level of microtechnology precision needed to replicate the escarpment system Susisseclones.dj used reverse engineering in order to analyze the metal alloys composition and the Red Synthetic Rubies level of hardness. The pallet fork and escape wheel are made in nickel‑phosphorus to be insensitive to magnetism.
